شكرا لكل من سأل عنى فى غيابى وجزاه الله خيرا

الحمد لله إيهاب كان موجود وكانت الأسئله بتتجاوب

كذا نقطه كده أحب أتكلم فيهم

للأسف يا جماعه الأسئله بتكرر ,أرجو من أى حد هيسأل يتأكد إن السؤال إتجاوب ولا لأ

بصراحه بعد ما شوفت مستويات الأنجليزى فى الرد على إيهاب ,أنصح الناس إنها تتأكد من قدرتها على التعامل بلغه تانيه,الطب مهنه أهم ما فيها التواصل والتخاطب,وللأسف على مدار الفتره الى إيهاب كان بيكلمكم فيها بالأنجليزى ظهرت مستويات تبعث على القلق,مش مشكلة تعبير ,فى مشاكل فى تركيبات الجمل البدائيه وإختيار الكلمات المناسبه,أنا صدمت من بعض المستويات وأنصح أى حد بيفكر فى أستراليا يتأكد من لغته,اللغه فى الطب مهمه هتتعامل مع مرضى وممرضات وزمايل ورؤساء,اللغه هى المحك مش الجزء الأول بتاع المعادله,لأن إذا كان أمثالى بينجحوا فى الأمتحان النظرى يبقى أى شخص هيبذل المجهود المناسب هينجح بسهوله لكن اللغه محتاجه وضوح وإتقان

عشان كده أنا بنصح أى شخص ناوى يجى أستراليا أو غيرها بتأكد من لغته,لو حتى تعمل إمتحانات اللغه أولا قبل النظرى بتاع المعادله عشان تعرف أنت فين من المستوى المطلوب,لو قريب يبقى خير وبركه ذاكر نظرى والأنجليزى ممكن تشتغل عليه لكن لو المستوى بعيد يبقى لازم نعيد التفكير فى الموضوع كله,هيبقى إيه الحال لما تنجح نظرى وعملى ومش عارف تنجح لغه ومش عارف تعمل مقابله شخصيه لضعف اللغه,هتبقى صرفت ومش عارف تكمل,الكلام عام بدون تخصص لأى شخص,نصيحه عامه من واقع العيشه هنا وظروف الشغل والمستويات اللغويه الى شوفتها فى الخمس ست صفح الى فاتو

there is some people asking many detailed questions and if they just do real steps and read in diffrent Auz sites they will easily get the answers without annoying and consuming the valualble time of Dr.Ziad & Dr.Ihab,

just review past posts ,and ask questions that you didn't find answers for it in diffrent sites,

get into the system and leave everything to time......

فلما يكون واحد مش عارف انجليزي اكيد مش حيعرف طب ولا حيعرف يتعامل بالطب <<<< هاد كلامك

واذا كان عارف بالاثنين وكان فطحل زمانه بالانجليزي بمصر ... برضه لما يروح هناك حيتعتع ويتنيل على عينه وما يعرفش يقول جملة على بعضها <<< كلامي برضه

يبقى الحل ايه بنظرك ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

نصرف نظر ولا نتعلم حتى لوكنا زيرو بالانجليزي ؟؟؟

اعتقد انه الجواب لا لانه الدنيا ما اتخلقت بيوم وليلة !!!

الفكرة انه الواحد ينتبه على لغته يا جماعة ويدير باله ,, ويتفرج افلام اجنبي كتير ومسلسلات كتير اجنبي

يتفرج مثلا على مسلسل الدكتور هاوس او مسلسل ER

يشوف مسلسلات CSI

من غير ما يقرا الترجمة فقط مشاهدة حركة الشفايف والسماع الكويس للي بيتكلمو

هادي هي النصيحة " الصح " لانه الواحد كيف يدير باله على لغته الانجليزي

اعتقد لو تلاحظ انه الاسئلة اللي بتتكرر من الاعضاء الجدد بالمنتدى بيخش يسال السؤال وهو مش قارئ الموضوع

مجرد اول مشاركة ليه ,,, ودخل حط سؤال ومشي

لانه لو حضرتك مشترك جديد بالمنتدى ولما تشوف 45 صفحة وفوق 680 مشاركة

حتكسل وتنجز بالسريع وتسال وتاخذ جوابك على طول

لا يا دكتور أنا مقلتش كده ومقصدتش كده,أنا كلامى واضح,الأحلام الورديه عن الهجره والعمل حاجه والواقع حاجه تانيه,اللغه من أهم الأمور إن مكنتش أهمهم,أنا بطلب من كل من أخد قرار السفر التفكير فى مستوى لغته وبنصح كطريقه واقعيه إن الناس تعمل الأمتحانات المطلوبه وتشوف نفسها قريبه من المطلوب ولا لأ,لو قريب يبقى على بركه الله,مذاكره للجزء النظرى,لكن لو الفرق كبير يبقى أظن لازم إعادة تفكير من جديد,ممكن بعد إعادة التفكير تقرر تكمل بس على الأقل هتبقى حسبت وشوفت طريقك وعملت خطه للتغلب على مشكلة اللغه

لو أنا عاوز اعمل Training program(registrar years) in Cardiology

هل ممكن ادخل على التخصص على طول , ولا مطالب انه لازم اخذ inter. medicine first then cardio. as subspeciality ?

ولو الاجابة نعم , هل القلب تخصص من التخصصات التنافسية ؟

ولو لا , كم حتكون فترة التدريب ؟

I can tell you everything about that because that is what i am doing now

cardiology is the most competitive branch in medicine and some people argue it is as competitive as surgery

it is not impossible to get into it though but it is obviously more difficult than other medical specialties

to have a career in medicine you must join the physician training program at the end of which you obtain the fellowship of royal australasian college of physicians FRACP and become a consultant in a medical specialty

the program has 2 parts

basic physician training

advanced physician training

they are separated by the fellowship exams

to join the program you must find a job as a medical registrar

you usually work for 2 years as a medical registrar (basic physician trainee) where you do rotations among medical specialties then you take the exams of the RACP and if you pass it you become a medical registrar (advanced physician trainee) for another 3 years where you are only working in one specialty then you become a consultant in the specialty

the most tricky point for cardiology is that after passing the exams you have to apply for an advanced physician trainee post for cardiology which is pretty competitive

about the salaries ????

in the genral practis and in the advanced one ??

i.e. for medical registrar befor and after the exams

and there is nessery of course to finsh the INTERN year befor applying to as Medical registrar

i know that

First year registrar takes 75 thousands a year

4th year 95 thousands

it doesn't really matter if you have or haven't done the exams for these years to count though

all these numbers are obviously before tax

and these numbers increase by 4% at the end of each financial year (1st of july) to counter act the inflation

and as i said before you don't HAVE to do the intern year before being a registrar, if you have a relevant post graduate experience and fulfill the criteria for the job you can apply for it

i am going to have ph,d degree in oral and maxillofacial surgery ,can i know about the specialty assessment procedure by the way i am a dentist

that is really one of the most difficult specialties to get into in here

it is not impossible though

they do require a dental experience and then general surgical experience

here they have post graduate medicine degrees

that mean that you join the dentistery school and finish it and then join medical school and finish it

so usually those who want to join max fax here are dentisits as you are but then they join med school and graduate as doctors and then join the surgical training

this is a broad idea but i am not sure of the specific requirments to be a maxillo facial surgeon here but it is long and difficult pathway,

even if i am going to have a doctor in medical science from japan en shallah

Iam sorry , i don't know exactly the answer to that question

I would advise you to email the royal australasian college of surgeons with that question and they will be able to provide you with accurate information

unfortunately no answer until now

I have to agree with Ziad about the english issue

I was a bit embarrased to bring up the issue because some people might take it personally but i guess every one in the forum will understand that it is not personal and it is in the context of us trying to guide you guys to the best way to get here

obviously there is a BIG problem with english

just a suggestion

when ziad and I started planning for immigration about 7 years ago we started by trying to get our english assesed

we went to the british council and did a placement test

this is not a formal test but it is a test used by the british council to place people into the appropriate level of english courses

it was about 50 egyptian pounds at that time from memory

it is not like the IELTS or the OET but it had a peaking component in it and the examiner was quite nice so we asked him what do you think our english will be like in the real IELTS and he gave us a nice feedback

So i suggest this might be a way to get your english level assesed as well and it is not that expensive

I think if you qualified for one of the top three english courses they offer you will easily pass the ielts , if otherwise you qualified for the 1st or second level you better find a way to improve your english before thinking of coming here to work as a doctor

لدي بعثه(منحه) دراسيه لمدة 6 سنوات.

ارغب في اتمام تدرىبي في استراليا.

سمعت عن occupational trainee ماهي.

I am sorry i don't have much information about that

My general understanding is that you will need to start searching for hospitals that have a post to support that and i think it is a usually a fellow job

it is not that easy to get the mrcs recognized here

you will need to apply for the royal college to recognize that experience and to the AMC for a specialist assesment but it is a lengthy and costly process

I have some information regarding ur question.

if u need to come here for a training position u have to contact a university

telling them that u have a funded grant and all this stuff and u won't ask them for money and all these things.

send emails to the head of dpt of all the universities.

if they agree u can apply for occupational trainee visa or visting academic which is easier and shortter in time and there is no difference .

the mrcs has no value in Australia if u don't have taining in UK

now u can travel to australia but u don't have the right to work as a doctor, I mean to have a payed job
