المجموعه الاوربيه - وخفض المعونه لمصر

خفضت المجموعه الاوربيه معونتها السنويه لمصر بدأ من هذا العام للنصف بسبب عدم الاستخدام للمعونه السابقة وبسبب قلة كفاءة الاداء الحكومى وعجبى يادكترة

  It is not only the EU, which has withdrawn its funds to egypt , other Donors as well have done so , like danida  , the swiss and the OECD...

The Government says that it is Egypt has " improved its economy ".... the  Donors say that it is not exactly so.... as a result,we are now again into the hands of the World bank and the USAID  ( after having varied our sources )to do with us , what they want...

and Dr, atif still setting on his chair signing on the rest of papers that drop us in the hell then when we found a post in the egyptian newspapers say that there is a change in the (elhokoma) we are waiting for that dayu , i wish that day come very soon to risk what we can risk.

we have been waitign for the day of change of the 7okouma... that is true. The problem is that every time they change it they bring in a weaker one.. there seems to be an indirect relation between a strong government and a weak president ( that is if the government is weak the president is strong and vice versa )

Suppose they change it ... what is going to happen ??? let us just  imagine that and  spell it out .. just 3ala sabeel el tamanni...

can you both tell me how do you imagine our next government to be ??

you could guess may be , that i can not for the time being, use arabic , ( i am not in Om el donya right now )

Still, i would like to participate  in What I consider  an important  topic.. if that bothers the majority , please  write back ... i will stop right away..

 My humble opinion, is to try to give room for every one to speak up their mind... as long as it is not impossible (khales  khales)  for us to do so..

تغيير الحكومة لن يقدم ولكن سيؤخر لأن المريض يعاني من عدة أمراض - تكاثر السكان, أنيميا  الوطنية والضمير ...... إلخ - تتطلب علاج جذري وميزانية ضخمة . من أين ستأتي هذه    الميزانية ؟؟؟  

70% من معونات دانيدا مرتبات لذا تم وقف نشاطها فى العديد من البلاد الفقيرة

partially true !! What is more important  than changing the Government is what is the program of a government ... any government ??

A program in the sense of a working plan with real problems and real solutions... as you said the patient is too ill ( not dead nor motakhaleff ). One of the major problems with the majority of the Governments that we had ( not many actually ) is based on the principle of denial... That that kolloh is tamam... because of Som3et masr and things like that. But when Kolloh is tamam, then there is no problem, and when there is no problem there is no solution...

Back to development and development money ;  That is not always about  Poverty...   many theories support the fact that it  is just a new form of colonialism that is  realised by  Ahl el balad them selves.. thus saving a lot of money for the Donors . Also when it does not work , it is the responsibility of the Country itself.  The result is that Donors take credit for helping , and the receiving states  carry the responsibility of Failure ( because development always fails )
