Hello Everyone I've newly arrived in ottawa, and i am in a post-doctoral scholarship at Carleton, however i cannot get a SIN number to find just a temporary job to help me in my expenses here. . I have a work permit in my VISA however it seems worthless as i cannot get a job without getting a JOB OFFER, and correspond with the CIC by mail and the stuff. Could you pls, give me a piece of advice since i tried to find an Arab emplyer to give me a job offer but i couldn't. Thanks and regards, Ha
