Business Development Coordinator – Support Services Onshore/Offshore

The Role

The Role

Understand company vision and mission and implement company strategy and values. Coordinate and promote Company’s image, products and services in the market. Improve value of supply chain through coordinating with various divisions/departments to gather and compile data related to feasibility study or commercial assessment. Coordinate and participate in bid preparation. Ensure compliance with ESNAAD Tariff and HSEQ Policies, Procedures and all Company Guidelines.

Main roles and responsibilities include:

• Gather and compile data related to feasibility study.

• Initiate and implement marketing ideas.

• Gather market information for benchmarking.

• Collect and exchange market information.

• Prepare various reports related to marketing and business development activities.

• Prepare promotional material/documents as deemed necessary for promoting company business.

• Maintain the company profile and image in the company web-site.

• Compile and maintain company’s profile, presentation and film.

• Prepare and maintain pre-qualification documents.

• Prepare and maintain related brochures for the company’s vessels and service equipment.

• Ensure prompt response through coordination and follow-up with respective division/department.

• Prepare and follow-up on standard offers.

• Organize data and related files, contracts and lease agreements.

• Maintain excellent working relationship with clients/tenants.

• Attend various meetings with prospect clients to promote company services.

• Collect intelligent information on competitors.

• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.

• Participate in local and international exhibitions, fairs, seminars and conferences.

• Initiate drafts for advertisements and press releases.

• Improve work efficiency and effectiveness through simplifying processes.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Marketing Management.

• 2-4 years experience in promoting support services to onshore/offshore operations.

• Very good written and spoken fluency in Arabic and English.

• Excellent PC Operation and office application, preferably having ICDL.

• Presentation skills.

• Positive behavioral competency.

ESNAAD is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADNOC. The facility currently known as Mussafah Offshore Supply Base (MOSB) is strategically located at the Industrial hub of Mussafah approximately 40kms by road from the city center of Abu Dhabi. "ESNAAD" is not an acronym, as the Arabic name implies it means "Support".

The Base spreads over 148 hectares of fully developed land alongside the channel, with its state-of-the-art facilities. The company is well equipped to meet the challenge that lie ahead in supporting the oil and gas industry in the region operating in an era of modern technology.

The base operates 24 hours a day throughout the year and it provides security round-the-clock through an access control procedure and a highly sophisticated fire detection and fire lighting system.
